Ceddie Sleeps
Smarter sleep for babies
Stop guessing when your baby will sleep next — or whether to wake them. Ceddie tracks your baby's naps and night sleep, builds a schedule that adapts as the day unfolds, and tells you why.
Try Ceddie for yourself →The 3 a.m. problem
It's 3 a.m. Your baby is awake — bright-eyed, not going back down. Every box was ticked. The nap times. The wake windows. The bedtime the chart said.
That's the 3 a.m. problem. A rigid schedule can tell you what's supposed to happen. It can't see the day that actually happened — the long contact nap, the early morning wake-up, the wind-down that ran short because someone was at the door. None of it makes it into a static plan, and all of it shapes how the night goes.
Every baby's rhythm shifts — day to day, week to week, growth spurt to growth spurt. Ceddie starts from the other end: your baby first, the schedule second.
Three taps from bleary-eyed to one step ahead.
- 01
Log a sleep
Tap when your baby drifts off, tap when they wake. That's the whole job.
- 02
See the schedule
Ceddie lays out each nap, its wind-down, and a realistic bedtime — and updates as the day unfolds.
- 03
Ceddie adapts
Every sleep sharpens the picture. The schedule moves with your baby — hour to hour, week to week, growth spurt to growth spurt.
A look inside
A schedule that meets your day, not the other way around.
Ceddie's schedule isn't a rigid timetable. It's a sensible plan grounded in published sleep research, shaped by what's actually happened today, and recalculated whenever something changes. Naps run long. Mornings start early. Bedtimes shift. Ceddie reworks the rest of the day around what's real — so the math doesn't have to live in your head.
Every nap, every wind-down, every bedtime suggestion comes with a short note explaining the reasoning — so you can decide whether it fits the day you're actually having, and adjust if it doesn't.
How Ceddie thinks about sleep →
Built at 3 a.m., by parents who needed it.
We're Frank and Amanda — partners and parents of Cedric, a small boy whose sleep gave us a challenge we couldn't shake. Nothing out there fit the way babies actually sleep, so we built the thing we wished existed. We're a little obsessed with getting it right, and Ceddie is free to try while we do.
